By downloading or using Jadwalik, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Jadwalik helps you build and manage university schedules, including importing schedules from timetable images. Schedule data is provided for your convenience; you are responsible for verifying it against your official university records.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
Jadwalik uses credits for features such as importing a schedule from images. Jadwalik does not offer subscriptions, and nothing renews automatically.
Jadwalik contains no advertising.
Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we cannot issue refunds directly. Where a purchase is refunded, the corresponding credits and entitlements may be reversed.
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.
The app and its content are owned by its developer and its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app.
The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that imported schedule data is complete or error-free. Always confirm your schedule against your university's official records.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account from Settings.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

بتنزيلك أو استخدامك تطبيق جدولك فإنك توافق على شروط الخدمة هذه. إن لم توافق، فيرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.
يساعدك جدولك على إنشاء الجداول الجامعية وإدارتها، بما في ذلك استيراد الجداول من صور الجداول. تُقدَّم بيانات الجدول لتيسيرك، وأنت مسؤول عن التحقق منها مقابل سجلاتك الجامعية الرسمية.
أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات دخول حسابك وعن النشاط ضمن حسابك. يجب تقديم معلومات دقيقة عند إنشاء حساب.
يستخدم جدولك رصيدًا لبعض الميزات مثل استيراد الجدول من الصور. لا يوفّر جدولك أي اشتراكات، ولا يتجدد أي شيء تلقائيًا.
لا يحتوي تطبيق جدولك على أي إعلانات.
تتم معالجة المشتريات عبر آبل. وتُعالَج طلبات الاسترداد من قِبل آبل وفق شروط App Store؛ ولا يمكننا إصدار مبالغ مستردة مباشرة. وعند استرداد قيمة عملية شراء، قد يتم عكس الرصيد والمزايا المقابلة لها.
توافق على عدم إساءة استخدام التطبيق أو التداخل مع تشغيله أو محاولة الوصول إليه بطرق غير مصرّح بها أو استخدامه لانتهاك أي قانون أو حقوق الآخرين.
التطبيق ومحتواه مملوكان لمطوّره ومرخِّصيه ومحميّان بموجب القانون. نمنحك ترخيصًا محدودًا وشخصيًا وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام التطبيق.
يُقدَّم التطبيق كما هو دون أي ضمانات من أي نوع. لا نضمن أن بيانات الجدول المستوردة كاملة أو خالية من الأخطاء. تحقّق دائمًا من جدولك مقابل السجلات الرسمية لجامعتك.
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية تنشأ عن استخدامك التطبيق.
يجوز لنا تعليق الوصول أو إنهاؤه إذا انتهكت هذه الشروط. يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق في أي وقت وحذف حسابك من الإعدادات.
قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. ويعني استمرار استخدامك بعد التغييرات قبولك للشروط المُحدّثة.
